Prefects

With the students at the heart of everything we do, it is obvious that there should be the opportunity for student leadership within the school. To this end, we have a formal structure of school prefects, with responsibility for various aspects of school life.

Every prefect is included in a rota of daily duties, helping them understand that, with the respect they gain by being a school prefect also comes responsibilities. The main duties they perform are:

Prefect Duties

Initially be in the dining room, to supervise and help with any issues.

Then patrol – Computer Room and classrooms particularly. If you see any poor behaviour, let the teacher on duty know as soon as possible.

To ensure that the students in the computer room are told 5 minutes before the end of break to log off.
